Ever touched a skunk, hopped with a kangaroo, snuggled an emu or wrestled an alligator? OK, no alligator wrestling is allowed but you can touch her at this highly educational, interactive show that will be fun for all ages.

*** ACCESSIBILITY *** – We are certain people appreciate the expense of putting on these events but we do not want to be cost prohibitive (especially over the holiday season). If you know anyone who would like to attend but for one reason or another this is not possible for financial reasons, please email kmcdowell@rayrsreptiles.com and we will gladly arrange entrance that works for them/you ***

*** SPECIAL TIMES FOR SPECIAL NEEDS FAMILIES – We recognize that many families have children with special needs who could benefit greatly from these events however, may not be able to attend as they may not do well in crowds. We will be opening at 9:00 am Saturday, March 18th for special needs families to attend as our guests. This first hour will be for you and of course siblings are welcome.

*** WHERE OUR ANIMALS COME FROM – Little Ray’s Reptiles Zoo is the largest reptile rescue in Canada and provides sanctuary for 100’s of seized and unwanted pets until the best long term solutions can be found. About 80% of the animals in our care are unwanted pets or seized animals and we do not take animals from the wild to utilize in these programs. We do have some animals that were born at our facility or other facilities in Canada but 100% of the animals we receive calls about that are eligible to be released are released 100% of the time. Other animals in our care that are appropriate for programs such as these are utilized for fun, thought provoking, educational programs promoting responsible pet ownership and global and backyard conservation. We hope you have a chance to see first hand what we are all about.
