KITCHENER/WATERLOO - DIVERSITY OF LIVING THINGS is coming!

Little Ray’s Reptile Zoo is returning to Kitchener for 3 FULL DAYS with their greatest exhibit yet! NEW for this year we are being joined by our friends from ‘Animal Ambassadors’ to bring our largest and most extensive exhibit to date. February 18th, 19th, and 20th - Get face to face with a crocodilian, giant snake, tarantula, monitor lizard, a Harris hawk, skunk, barn owl, a red kangaroo, an incredible bobcat and so much more.

This 12,000 square foot exhibit will feature over 30 live animal exhibits, 2 highly educational interactive educational programs that will rotate 15 minutes apart each day and boat loads of staff with animals out for people to interact with.

Get up close and personal with a bobcat, hop with a kangaroo or wrestled an alligator? OK, no alligator wrestling is allowed but you can touch her at this highly educational, interactive show that will be fun for all ages.

*** WHERE OUR ANIMALS COME FROM - Little Ray’s Reptiles Zoo is the largest reptile rescue in Canada and provides sanctuary for 100’s of seized and unwanted pets until the best long term solutions can be found. About 80% of the animals in our care are unwanted pets or seized animals and we do not take animals from the wild to utilize in these programs. We do have some animals that were born at our facility or other facilities in Canada but 100% of the animals we receive calls about that are eligible to be released are released 100% of the time. Other animals in our care that are appropriate for programs such as these are utilized for fun, thought provoking, educational programs promoting responsible pet ownership and global and backyard conservation. We hope you have a chance to see first hand what we are all about.
