Kevin Orr

My name is Kevin and you may recognize me from coming into the petstore. When I was a kid I lived in the middle of nowhere(we had a gas station) and to entertain myself I would go and catch animals that I could find in the wilderness. I would find leopard frogs, bull frogs, garter snakes, eastern milksnakes, and even mammals(we had coyotes around my house but I could never catch them,I LOVE COYOTES!). Little Rays would come to Kingston every year and my friends and I would drive 30 to 40 minutes just to volunteer and after a couple of years of volunteering I eventually landed a job with Reptilia north of Toronto(GO LEAFS GO!). I gained a lot of valuable experience working there for about 2 years, wrangling the big gator and the feeding the Sailfin lizard along with everything else they had there. I eventually left and some time later got a call from Little Ray asking if I wanted to travel across Canada doing educational exhibits. I accepted and haven’t looked back. I’ve done travelling exhibits for 3 years now and this will be my 2nd year managing the Petstore, and I hope to keep evolving and changing as time goes on.
