CAMPBELLTON, NB - Good morning friends. I have been inundated with messages with respect to the incident which happened in New Brunswick yesterday. The zoo is very saddened of the news and our hearts go out to the families involved. At this point in time there is a lot of speculation as to how this has happened and what could have been done to prevent it. It is critically important that we wait for all the facts before making any assumptions about this situation. As well, please keep in mind when watching media coverage that there is a lot of speculation without all the facts. These facts will come to surface soon enough. Many of the comments that are being aired to TV and printed in the papers are just that, speculation and interviews are often edited which can lead to incomplete thoughts.
I will do my best to answer questions about this situation however please keep in mind I have never been to the facility in question and do not know the individuals involved. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family, Little Ray.
