Little Ray’s Reptile Zoo has been presenting in classrooms since 1995. Little Ray’s Reptile Zoo has BRAND NEW curriculum-based programs written to comply with Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI school curriculum. While fun, entertaining and very educational, these programs help to strengthen the lessons taught in class through an interactive, hands on approach to eco-education. Programs are available in schools throughout Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and PEI.
Package #1
$195.00+tax - This hour-long presentation includes 8-10 animals featuring snakes, lizards, turtles, tortoises, amphibians and invertebrates. Additional presentations on the same day can be added for $120.00 each as long as there is not more than an hour break between presentations.
Package #2
$245.00+tax for an hour-long presentation. This package includes similar animals to the ones listed above but larger, and also includes a crocodilian. Additional presentations on the same day can be added for and additional $145.00 as long as there is not more than an hour break between presentations.
Not looking for a formal 1-hour presentation? Request an ANIMAL MEET & GREET for your event! This type of presentation can apply to all animal packages and is an informal presentation where the presenter sets themselves up at a station and will rotate through his/her animals every few minutes. This is a great format to allow kids and guests to come and go as they please to ask questions, pet the animals, take pictures, and interact with both presenter and animals with no commitment of a sit-down formal setting.
Ottawa, ON - In Zoo Groups/School/Daycare Visits– Basic - $175 + HST for the first 15 students (1 staff/chaperon is admitted FREE per every 5 children). Additional students/kids/parents are $8.00 + HST each.
Your visit begins with 45 minutes to tour through the zoo followed by your own private feeding demonstration. Following the feeding show you will have 45 minutes in your party room to have lunch or snacks, and free time. The last 30 minutes of your party you will have a private hands-on presentation where your guests will be able to see and touch some of the animals. This package does not include and food or supplies, you are welcome to bring any goodies you would like. There is a fridge/freezer in the room and a microwave if needed.
Notice: Please note the room capacity for groups and birthday parties is set at 15 guests total. Additional guests are welcome at an additional cost. The room is approximately 13.5 x 20 feet.
